From day one, I felt welcomed at this studio. The space is clean, well-organized, and calming. The instructors are highly skilled and always attentive to individual needs. I’ve definitely noticed a positive change in my body and overall well-being. I highly recommend it❤️

Studio 22 is the place to be. Working out here doesn’t feel like a chore it’s honestly a full mind and body reset every time. The space is absolutely gorgeous, super clean, calming, and just makes you feel good the second you walk in.


What really makes it special, though, is the energy. The instructors are amazing and make everyone feel welcome, no matter your level. But even more than that it’s the community. I’ve made so many great memories here with friends. We move, laugh, catch up, and leave feeling stronger and happier. 100% recommend!

Ive been going to this studio practically since it opened in late 2024 - early 2025 and I can't say enough good things about it. I swear by them and the team is always so kind and inviting, pretty much anyone I talk to about my fitness activity, ive told to try the studio. the place is gorgeous, clean, and the staff is just the best. 1000000/10
