We're located on the corner of Calle Loíza and Avenida De Diego, directly across from Gallery Plaza. You'll find us on the second floor of the white and blue building, to the right.

Studio 22 Hato Rey is located at:

The easiest way to find us is by searching "Studio 22 Hato Rey" on Google Maps. We are located inside Montemar Plaza with plenty of free parking available for all clients.

No. Condado offers both reformer and mat classes, while Hato Rey is a mat-only studio offering infrared heated, body-heated, and non-heated classes.

Memberships and class packs can be used at either location.

• Members: Up to 28 days in advance

• Non-members: Up to 14 days in advance

Yes! Memberships and class packs can be used at both Studio 22 Condado and Studio 22 Hato Rey.

One account, two studios. Simply select your preferred location when booking through the Studio 22 PR App or website.

Please note that reformer classes are only available at our Condado location.

No. Hato Rey is a mat-only studio offering infrared heated and non-heated classes with AC.

Our infrared classes are offered at two temperature levels: lightly heated ❤️‍🔥 and hot 🔥.

We recommend arriving well hydrated and having a light meal or snack a couple of hours before class. Bring plenty of water and a yoga towel.

If you are new to heated workouts, listen to your body and take breaks whenever needed. Please let your instructor know before class if you have any concerns or limitations.

Infrared heated classes are not recommended during pregnancy.

Condado: Street parking is available nearby. We recommend checking Calle Las Marías and Calle Loíza. On weekends, additional parking is available at 59 Avenida José de Diego, on the same street as the studio, just before FirstBank on the left-hand side.

Hato Rey: Free parking is available throughout Montemar Plaza for all Studio 22 clients.

We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes before class to allow time for parking, check-in, and getting settled.

If it’s your first visit, please arrive at least 15 minutes early so our team can welcome you and show you around.

Grip socks are required for all classes at Studio 22. For mat classes, a yoga towel is also required. Your first towel rental is complimentary, and towels are available to rent for an additional charge on future visits.

Grip socks are available for purchase at the studio.

We have a strict 5-minute late policy.

Clients arriving more than 5 minutes after the scheduled class time will not be admitted and will be considered a late cancellation. Our standard late-cancel policy and fee will apply.

We ask that guests remain in the room for the full class experience. Please use the restroom and take care of anything you need before class begins.

Once you leave the room during class, re-entry is not permitted to minimize disruptions and maintain the class environment. If you need to leave due to an emergency, please let your instructor know.

Classes must be canceled at least 12 hours before the scheduled class start time.

Late cancellations will result in:

• A $10 late cancel fee

• Your class credit being returned to your account for future use

No-shows will result in:

• A $15 no-show fee

• Loss of your class credit

We recommend wearing comfortable, form-fitting activewear that allows you to move freely throughout class. Grip socks are required for all classes to help ensure safety, stability, and hygiene. If you forget yours, grip socks are available for purchase at the studio.

Absolutely! All new reformer clients are required to start with our Intro to Reformer class. This beginner-friendly session is designed to help you become familiar with the equipment, learn proper form and technique, and build confidence before progressing to other reformer classes.

Completion of Intro to Reformer is required before attending any other reformer class at Studio 22 Condado. 

Yes, as long as your healthcare provider has cleared you for exercise. Our instructors are trained to provide modifications for prenatal clients and help you move safely throughout class.

Please let your instructor know before class that you are pregnant so we can best support you.

Please note that infrared heated classes are not recommended during pregnancy.

Your safety is our top priority. Please let your instructor know about any injuries, medical conditions, limitations, or concerns before class. Our instructors can provide modifications and help guide you toward the most appropriate class for your needs.

In some cases, we may recommend starting with a private session before joining group classes. The most important thing is communication — the more we know, the better we can support you safely and effectively.

Yes. Participants must be 16 years or older to attend group classes.

For participants under 18, a parent or legal guardian must sign a waiver. Proof of age may be required.

We love animals, but only service animals are permitted inside our studios.

If a class is full, you can join the waitlist. If a spot becomes available, you’ll be automatically added to the class and notified by email and/or text.

You may be added up to 30 minutes before class, so please only join the waitlist if you’re prepared to attend. If you’re no longer sure you can make it, remove yourself from the waitlist.

A class credit or active membership is required to join. Once added to class, our regular cancellation and no-show policies apply.

Studio 22 is a cash-free business. We accept all major debit and credit cards.

All purchases and payments are processed through the Studio 22 PR App, website, or in-studio checkout.

All class packages, memberships, drop-in classes, private sessions, appointments, and retail purchases are final sale. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or transfers on any services or products purchased from Studio 22.

Please review all purchases carefully before completing your transaction.

Hato Rey: Yes. Private showers are available by reservation through the Studio 22 app.

Shower reservations are complimentary but must be booked in advance.

A $10 no-show fee applies to missed shower reservations.

Condado: We do not have showers at the studio, but our restroom is fully stocked with clean, curated toiletries for a quick refresh after class.

Yes. Phones are permitted inside the studio.

To help everyone enjoy the class experience, please keep your phone on silent and refrain from texting, phone calls, FaceTime, or other phone use during class.

Absolutely! If you'd like to film yourself during class, you're welcome to do so. We simply ask that you only film yourself or others who have given you permission to appear in your content.

Mat Classes: Please choose a back-row corner mat.

Reformer Classes: Please choose a corner reformer whenever possible.

Hato Rey:

Please choose a mat in the second row. The first row is designated as a no-filming row to help ensure other guests do not appear in your videos.
