Intro to Reformer
Intro to Reformer is the perfect class to begin your Pilates journey! It's also great if you're looking to focus on the basics or looking for an amazing stretch. This class emphasizes on proper alignment, core activation, and will help you gain a better understanding of how the reformer machine works. Ideal for first-timers and essential for those who have been on a reformer machine less than three times.
Reformer Flow
Reformer Flow combines strength, flexibility, and flow for a dynamic workout. This intermediate class features smooth, continuous movements designed to challenge your core, stability, and endurance. Perfect for those ready to push their limits after mastering Reformer Foundations.

The A-Team is a high intensity full body workout on the Pilates Reformer designed to kick your arms, abs, and ass into shape! This fifty minute class is designed for intermediate - advanced levels and for students looking for a true challenge. Come ready to work your arms, abs, and ass (Your body will thank you later!).
Power Reformer
Power Reformer is a high-intensity/low-impact class designed for intermediate/advanced levels. This class focuses on strength, endurance, and control through powerful, dynamic movements. Mat Flow
Mat Flow is a dynamic and refreshing take on mat-based pilates movement where all levels are welcome! MELT
MELT is our signature heated mat Pilates class designed for intermediate levels! TLC (tone•lengthen•cardio)
TLC (tone•lengthen•cardio) offers a unique full-body workout that combines elements of pilates and barre to deliver an invigorating experience for all levels. We welcome you to enhance your experience with props by Bala provided by the studio for a greater challenge. This non-traditional class

Off the Barre
Off the Barre is a fun, low-impact class that blends the best of Pilates, ballet, and yoga into a high-intensity, feel-good workout that’s great for all levels. You’ll move through a mix of classic barre-inspired exercises using light weights and props by Bala provided by the studio.
